Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations for booked classes require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations can be made via the contact details provided or from the website. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the pre-booked class may not be eligible for a refund or a credit, but you will receive a digital recording of the class. This also applies to customers who do not show up for their booked class. If your class is cancelled by us 24 hours prior to your booked start time, you will be offered either a class credit or a class recording. Refunds are at the discretion of the Managing Director.
