Access to and use of the Barre & Bloom website is permitted and licensed subject to the terms and conditions set out below. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend these terms and conditions, including any service provided, without notice at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check and to ensure compliance with these terms. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. If you have any questions regarding this website, our operations or products and services then please contact us directly using the contact details on our Home page. References to “website” or “site” means the Barre & Bloom website, and all products and services and associated websites and terms which are a part of or can be accessed via this website.

 

Site Changes 

We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to any products or services, or close them indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

 

Purchasing Classes and Block Bookings

It is preferable that all class purchases and block bookings are made on-line. Alternative methods can be made available upon request. Once you have confirmed and paid for your class or booking, you will receive an email confirmation. Where this is not received, please contact us and we will be able to resend a confirmation. All payments must be made in full prior to any classes being undertaken.

 

Data Protection and Cookies

The confidentiality of your information is of paramount concern to Barre & Bloom. Barre & Bloom fully complies with Data Protection Legislation and its confidentiality obligations. Information submitted to Barre & Bloom or any of its instructors over this website is normally unprotected until it reaches us. Cancellations 

Any cancellations for booked classes require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations can made via the contact details provided or from the website. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the prebooked class may not be eligible for a refund or a credit, but you will receive a digital recording of the class. This also applies to customers who do not show up for their booked class. If your class is cancelled by us 24 hours prior to your booked start time, you will be offered either a class credit or a class recording. Refunds are at the discretion of the Managing Director.

 

Medical Information 

It is required for all customers to advise their instructor of any relevant medical conditions or illnesses prior to starting their class. This allows for the instructor to safely advise of any necessary modifiers and keep all customers safe and well. Medical information will not be stored and will be compliant with Data Protection Legislation.
